    • Implementing policies and programs approved by the Board.

    • Fundraising, donor relations, and grant management.

    • Managing staff, volunteers, and project execution.

    • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (FCRA, Income Tax, CSR, etc.).

    • Representing the NGO in public forums, media, and government interactions.

  • Role: Ensures legal and statutory compliance for the NGO.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining company records (MOA, AOA, minutes of meetings).

    • Filing annual returns with the Registrar of Companies (RoC).

    • Ensuring compliance with Income Tax (12A, 80G), FCRA (if receiving foreign funds), and CSR regulations.

    • Organizing board meetings and general meetings as per company law.

    • Handling legal documentation and liaising with government authorities.
